Job Summary
Join our team as a Tow Truck Driver working the third shift on a four-day schedule!
We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver that has the grit and the perseverance to be a successful All City Tow Truck operator.
We are the towing partner to police and Sheriff with a quick on-scene response time commitment, so our operators are kept busy.
Third Shift – Friday – Monday 8pm – 6am
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a flatbed tow truck to load and transport vehicles.
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance that can include: accident recovery, stolen vehicles, parking violations, vehicle relocation and more.
- Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
- Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations.
- May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Complete required paperwork, including towing reports and customer receipts.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Towing experience
- Good Driving record
- Good attendance record
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, kneel & maneuver in tight places.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
