Tow Truck driver – Third Shift

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Third-Shift Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves responding to dispatch calls, transporting vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. We are a service partner to police and sheriff departments with quick response commitment.

Work Day/Hour Openings:

• Monday – Friday (9PM – 6AM)
• Thurs-Fri-Sat-Sun (8PM – 6AM)
• Sat-Sun-Mon-Tues (8PM – 6AM)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tow truck to and transport vehicles.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance that can include: accident recovery, stolen vehicles, parking violations, vehicle relocation and more.
• Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations.
• May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork, including towing reports and customer receipts.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license (CDL highly desired).
• Towing experience highly desired.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 70 pounds, bend& maneuver in tight places.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledgeable of Milwaukee roads and traffic patterns.
