Tow Truck Driver – Third Shift

Job Overview:

We are adding Tow Truck Drivers that have the grit and drive for what it takes to be a part of a top towing team.

We are interested in individuals that take pride in the job they do and can make a contribution to a hard-working team.

We are a service partner to police and sheriff departments with a quick response commitment.

Are tow operators are paid an hourly wage, plus overtime, plus bonus opportunity. Our tow operators typically earn between $55,000 – $85000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tow truck to load and transport vehicles.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance that can include accident recovery, stolen vehicles, parking violations, vehicle relocation and more.
• Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations.
• May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork, including towing reports and customer receipts.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Towing experience is required
• Good Driving record
• CDL is a plus but not required
• Good attendance record
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend & maneuver in tight places.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledgeable of Milwaukee roads and traffic patterns.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
