Tow Truck Driver

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver that has what it takes to be a part of an organization that operates on SERVICE – SAFETY and EXCELLENCE. .

We are a service partner to police and sheriff departments with a quick response commitment.

First Shift Tuesday – Saturday 6am – 3pm

Second Shift – Sun – Thurs 12pm – 9pm

Third – 9pm – 6am or 2am – 11am

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tow truck to load and transport vehicles.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance that can include: accident recovery, stolen vehicles, parking violations, vehicle relocation and more.
• Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations.
• May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork, including towing reports and customer receipts.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Towing experience is required
• Good Driving record
• CDL is a plus
• Good attendance record
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend & maneuver in tight places.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledgeable of Milwaukee roads and traffic patterns.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
