How To Redeem Your Vehicle From Impound

In order to obtain your vehicle you must have each of the following..

  • A Valid Drivers License – If you are driving the vehicle off of our lot you must have a valid drivers license. If you do not have a valid drivers license, you must have a valid state issued photo ID and be accompanied by someone with a valid drivers license.
  • Proof of Valid Vehicle Insurance – A valid insurance card from your insurance company is required. Your insurance card must list your information,¬†vehicle make, model, year, VIN# and list your insurance company name. Vehicles that do not have insurance must be removed from the lot by a tow truck¬†for an addition cost.
  • Proof of Ownership – You must provide the title for the vehicle or valid registration with the vehicle information and your information listed.
  • To Obtain a Vehicle on Behalf of an Owner – You must have the vehicle title or current registration, a valid drivers license and/or state issued ID. You must also have a proper notarized letter from the vehicle owner authorizing you to obtain the vehicle for them. The notarized letter must include the vehicle information by color, year, make, model, vin number, and license plate number.

Tow fees must be paid by cash or credit only. Credit cards accepted are Master Card and Visa. If paying by credit card, the name on the credit card must match the name of the person obtaining the vehicle. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All City Towing is open 24/7 and will release vehicles at anytime. Please call ahead before obtaining a vehicle.

If you are obtaining a vehicle between the hours of 5pm and 8am and are paying cash, you will have to bring exact change. Please note**** WE DO NOT HAVE CASH ON THE PREMISES AFTER 5PM.
